“La gente que halaga a los jefes es la que obtiene todas las promociones”, “No le caigo bien a mi jefe”, “Estoy en un trabajo sin futuro, todo el mundo avanza, pero yo no”, “No importa cuánto sabes o qué tanto hagas, si no le caes bien a tu jefe, no conseguirás una promoción”.
Si alguno de estas quejas te suena familiar, necesitas ayuda.
